I have never thought they would do a program together!!! But since they are... I am UBBER EXCITED! I have met both of them in person several times and I truly love how passionate they are towards helping others enjoy fitness. They and I share the similar zest for life so I am excited to share with you the details below. Please read everything for sweet results.

PS. I can't go through this program with the performance stack so here are some extra details. :)  


The Performance Stack includes Energize; our pre-workout drink which haslow-dose caffeine and no artificial ingredients, chemicals or weird side effects (this is ver hard to find!), as well as Recover; our post-workout 20g Protein drink which also includes a muscle recovery blend and 4g BCAAs (Branched Chain Amino Acids for protein synthesis- we all need this!).

I see such a difference in my energy and performance due to Energize. And since using Recover, I have more defined muscle and am less sore so I can workout intensely daily! Both taste good with JUST WATER.
Of course I still use Shakeology daily as a Superfood meal and sometimes add a half scoop of Recover to it!
