Cashew Creamer

Coffee creamers are very important-- they make coffee what it is for me- I will never go black unless the coffee beans are extremely good and expensive. As for regular daily coffee, creamers are mandated. 
Homemade Cashew Milk - never going back!

I care about my body and health so much that I seek nutritional value in all of things that goes into and onto my body! 

Coffee drinking have been enhancing my days- all day long for as long as I remember. I have tried many different creamers in seek of a wiser one. If you scroll down my www.instagram.com/pearleneutley feed- you will see some of them. 

This morning, I tried a new recipe using cashews!!! Blogworthy! This recipe can be used for making casseroles that needs a kind of cream. Take the cream of mushroom cans out of your shopping cart. Now.... This will ROCK your oven! 

1 cup of soaked in water, for 24 hours, raw whole cashews (You can double this up but 1 cup is good enough for me.) 

Rinse well and put the cashews in your vitamix or any high power blender/processor. 

Add 1 cup of water.  (If you want to make cashew milk, add more water.) 

Blend til smooth and then that is it! 

*You can add a tablespoon or two of maple if you want your creamer to be already sweet. I leave it without any sweeteners so that I can decide how sweet I want my coffee according to that moment.) 

Pour directly into mason jars and your coffee that have been waiting forever for its best creamer match! 

Shake well and pour into your daily coffee! Superfoods! Be sure to share- you can always whip up more. 

Cashews- 
1. YUMMY choices of minerals 
2. Protein 
3. Helps fight depression (Heck- they taste great! This is JOYful!)
4. Good for the eyes 
5. Protects the bones with its magnesium (Cows can go and moo at this!) 
6. Has sleep promoting tryptophans which may conflict with the purpose of coffee but ehh...  sleep comes before you drink coffee?

Most wanted recipe!!!!! We enjoy this weekly and so will you. πŸ˜‹ Use your food processor and mix -1/2 cup dates (Look up and see all the amazing benefits of dates! Omg!) -1/2 cup any nut butter -1/2 cup any flavor superfoods shakeology (ask me to get yours) -1/4 cup or more honey to sweeten When everything is well blended- transfer out of processor into a bowl n add -1/2 cup oats, chopped nuts or shredded coconut (Depends on whether or not ur paleo) Mix well n put in the fridge for few mins so they roll into balls easier. I use a mini scooper to scoop them into same sized balls because...pretty! You can even flatten em up n cut into bars. Then FREEZE FOR AN HOUR. ENJOY! Don't forget to share! Kids LOVE them so much despite all the superfoods! #pearleneutley

Truth be told- I added more cilantro after this photo was taken! No AC in the house calls for cold meals. @darrellutley and I met on first day of college 14 years ago. This photo is of Darrell & I fooling around in our DC basement-apt during our freshman year at Gallaudet. It was also our last year at #Gallaudet before transferring to Sacramento State. ❤️ Everybody ought add a year of @gallaudetu on your bucket list!! 5 of 7 of the "Love your spouse challenge" I was nominated and tagged by MANY to post a picture with my love one for 7 days and tag 2 people each day to keep the celebration of love & marriage going. Everyday is a celebration of love. I nominate YOU ALL !

Intensity down 50% but love up 100%!!! She's definitely watching and asking. She asked why I want to be stronger than everybody in the world. I laughed n explained to her that I wanna be strong so I can not be sick and enjoy more days w her for many more years. She joined my workout this morning and I was patient when she used my lunging legs as a loop to run through and cuddled me during my stretching! ❤️

Break to fix your workout! Second day post vacation, I logged onto BOD & was challenged to insanity intervals circuit via the CDJ (workout of the day.) Shaun mentioned to take a break to FIX your form!Prevent some injuries- people! I went for it with modifications for all the jumping bec of my knee and goodness- post vacation hang over had me sweating smelly stuff!! Toxins!! I usually smell if there r toxins so the cleaner I eat n drink- the less I smell!! Geez! Video for my challengers on how to make sweet potato pancakes with just two things!
