What's your MOTIVATION? Prepping for my summer strong fitness/nutrition support groups and timehop gave me a photo throwback to last summer when we dropped Magdalene at a sleep away camp. I'm so ready for making memories and that's my motivation to get strong--- for all the small camping and beach trips. Walking in the sand requires some good leg strength-- yes?!
