Wheezy chest got me pressing play to the brand new #halfandhalfharder with @jerichomcmatthews on #beachbodyondemand for 22 mins of cardio and 22 mins of the YOGA I really needed. Just perfect alternative to the Resistance 2 from #22minutehardcorps that is scheduled for today. Honestly- I feel like yoga rocks even more after some cardio. Just press play- sick or not... For moving your body in an approx way can be very helpful. Just don't forget to fuel, hydrate and rest accordingly for the rest of the day. #pearleneutley
