Just 1/2 cup of pumpkin purée, half scoop of shakeology and two eggs makes you two pancakes that you can tally off a vegetable, protein and a fruit serving! Try with your family including children and let me know what you think! I love how this will help my kids eat protein the first thing in the morning!
