Break to fix your workout! Second day post vacation, I logged onto BOD & was challenged to insanity intervals circuit via the CDJ (workout of the day.) Shaun mentioned to take a break to FIX your form!Prevent some injuries- people! I went for it with modifications for all the jumping bec of my knee and goodness- post vacation hang over had me sweating smelly stuff!! Toxins!! I usually smell if there r toxins so the cleaner I eat n drink- the less I smell!! Geez! Video for my challengers on how to make sweet potato pancakes with just two things!
